11) GOOD VS EVIL

Updated: Mar 15, 2024

If there is no concept of right or wrong, then the notions of Good and Evil cease to exist, thereby negating the existence of God. In such a scenario, our actions would be solely driven by our pursuit of power and pleasure, regardless of the means used to attain them. Consequently, being a serial killer or a mass murderer would hold no moral significance if it provided us with gratification, as long as we were prepared to face the consequences if apprehended. This trend is observable in contemporary American society, where some individuals exhibit a readiness to accept punishment for theft. The adherence to principles such as "THE TEN COMMANDMENTS" and the associated penalties for transgressions seems to have diminished.

The essence of goodness finds its truest expression in the scripture, particularly in 1 John 4:16 (NKJV), which emphasizes understanding and embracing the love of God. As God embodies love, those who dwell in love dwell in God, and God in them. Thus, actions rooted in love serve as a reliable guide for moral conduct. However, there remains the risk of misunderstanding or misinterpreting our acts of love, both by others and ourselves, leading to failures in our attempts to do or say what is right.

The initial step towards spiritual enlightenment involves acknowledging the existence of a moral dichotomy—recognizing both good and evil, and acknowledging our own fallibility as sinners.

It is noteworthy that the epitome of evil is often associated with the concept of the unholy Trinity, particularly the Anti-Christ. Symbolism such as the number 666 and the numerical significance of names hint at deeper meanings, drawing upon biblical references. Furthermore, the number 13 holds significance, potentially indicating a connection between the false prophet and this numeral. Behind these manifestations of evil, Satan is believed to exert influence, albeit subtly.

Anticipations regarding the Anti-Christ suggest an emergence from the historical context of the Holy Roman Empire, with America considered as an extension thereof due to its historical ties.
